Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE — pending release review]
1. Operator and scope
The service operator is [PUBLIC OPERATOR / LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS, COUNTRY]. Contact: [MONITORED SUPPORT EMAIL].
The Routine Planner provides daily checklists, templates, journaling, manual meal entries, shopping lists and reports, with local storage and optional account sync. These terms concern that standalone application only. The existing hosted planner remains separate until the replacement is accepted and released.
This draft does not establish an effective agreement. Before publication, the operator must confirm the service scope, eligibility and acceptance process and replace all bracketed fields.
2. Eligibility and account access
Minimum age: [CONFIRM PLANNER MINIMUM AGE AND APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS].
Where accounts are enabled, provide accurate registration details, protect your login credentials and do not use another person’s account. Report suspected unauthorised access through the published support channel once available.
Local demo access and registered account access may provide different storage and recovery options. A demo workspace does not automatically become a cloud account.
3. Using the planner
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s data, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, impersonate someone or upload content you have no right to use.
The planner helps organise information; it does not guarantee that a routine will produce a particular outcome. Meals, nutrient entries, ratings and personal measurements are records you choose to maintain, not medical diagnoses or individual dietary prescriptions. Check the information you enter and the reports you rely on.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your tasks, journal entries and other content. The proposed service licence is limited to storing, processing and displaying that content as needed to provide the features you use. Its final wording is subject to review.
You are responsible for deciding what personal information to enter and for content you export or share. See the planner privacy policy for local copies, cloud sync, reports and provider details.
5. Offline use, backups and migration
Keep backups of information you cannot afford to lose. Browser storage can be cleared, devices can fail, and offline changes may not reach the cloud until sync succeeds. Review conflict messages before replacing either copy.
JSON export/import and cloud backup restoration serve different purposes. An export is a file you control; it is not proof that a cloud backup or migration succeeded. The legacy converter does not reproduce every feature or historical field of the older planner. Review warnings and compare the imported workspace before discarding original files. Clearing browser storage or signing out does not delete cloud data.
6. Availability and changes
The standalone planner is a replacement candidate under development. Features, hosting and access arrangements must be confirmed for the actual release. A preview does not promise uninterrupted access or complete feature parity with the older app.
Before these terms become effective, the operator will define [SERVICE CHANGE AND DISCONTINUATION NOTICE PROCESS], including how users can retrieve their data.
7. Prices and payments
These draft terms do not offer a paid planner subscription or authorise a payment. The planner’s release pricing is [CONFIRM FREE OR PAID RELEASE MODEL]. Any paid offer needs separate, accurate price, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal information before purchase. FitnessTracker Pro and merchandise purchases are separate products.
8. Ending access and deleting data
You can stop using the planner and remove its local working copies. This does not automatically erase a cloud account, cloud backups or files previously exported.
The operator must finalise [ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND DELETION PROCESS] and [SHARED ACCOUNT CONSEQUENCES, IF APPLICABLE] before account registration opens. Any policy for suspension, notice and appeal also remains [TO BE CONFIRMED].
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
The final terms must reflect the released service and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this draft is intended to waive mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. [REVIEW WARRANTY AND LIABILITY TERMS FOR THE ACTUAL SERVICE AND JURISDICTION].
10. Governing law, changes and contact
Governing law and any applicable dispute-resolution information are [CONFIRM JURISDICTION AND REQUIRED DISCLOSURES]. Mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence remain unaffected.
The published version must explain how changes are notified and when they take effect. The final operator and contact details will appear in the legal notice; product help is available on the support page.
