Your account. Your data.
Account & data deletionKnow what gets removed.
Find the right steps for your product, and understand what happens to your records.
Delete from the app
The current app includes account deletion in Profile.
- Sign in to the account you intend to delete.
- Open Profile and select Delete account.
- Read the warnings and complete both confirmation steps only if you want permanent deletion.
The flow removes the account and its associated tracker records and exercise photos. It also removes groups you own for all their members. If the app reports an error, deletion has not been confirmed; follow its retry guidance.
Uninstalling, signing out or using a data-reset option does not delete your login account. Save any records you want to keep before deleting it.
Local copies & cloud data
In the standalone replacement planner, the account settings include “Exportieren, abmelden & lokalen Cache loeschen”: export, sign out and remove that account’s local working copy.
That action keeps cloud data. Signing out alone also leaves offline working copies on the device. An exported file remains wherever you saved it.
The planner’s cloud deletion and any shared FitnessTracker account consequences still need verification before external requests open.
The older hosted German planner is separate. Include its website address when requesting help; the replacement planner’s controls do not remove data from the old host.
Without app access
Requesting help with deletion
Once the request channel opens, it will be available without installing or signing in to the app. The public support address is currently [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED].
What to include in a request
- The product: FitnessTracker, standalone Routine Planner or the older hosted planner.
- The email used for your account, and the planner website address if relevant.
- Whether you want the account deleted or help removing only a local copy.
Do not send passwords, login codes, payment card details or full training/journal exports. Sending a message will not itself delete an account: ownership must be verified and the affected data confirmed first.
Identity-verification steps, handling times and completion notices are still being finalised. No request is collected by this draft page.
Before you decide
What deletion covers
- Tracker account records
- Profile, training history, plans, goals, custom content and exercise photos associated with the deleted account. Owned groups are also removed. Production deletion must be verified against the released app and backend before this page is used for launch.
- Planner cloud records
- The intended scope includes the account’s workspace and cloud history. The final deletion process, backup handling and any shared-account effects remain to be confirmed.
- Files and shared copies
- Downloaded exports, printed reports, copies on other devices and cards or links already shared are not recalled by account deletion. Review and remove those copies separately where you control them.
- Backups and retained records
- [BACKUP EXPIRY, RETAINED DATA, REASONS AND DURATION — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Exact production retention details must be supplied before external requests open.
- Orders and subscriptions
- A tracker or planner account request is separate from a shop-order enquiry. If you have a store subscription, check its status and cancellation controls in the relevant app store rather than assuming account deletion cancels billing.
